Jay Adkisson is admitted to practice law in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas. He served as an ABA Adviser to the Drafting Committees of the Uniform Voidable Transaction Act and the (proposed) Uniform Limited Liability Company Protected Series Act.
